Applications & orders

Every sale, at the stage it is actually at.

Applications and orders in one list with real statuses — who applied, who paid, who is waiting on you, and what is still owed.

01

One row per sale, start to finish

An enquiry becomes an application becomes an order without being retyped. The history of a sale is the same record, not three records that disagree.

02

What is owed, in the row

Paid, part-paid, and outstanding sit beside the buyer's name. Chasing a balance should not require opening anything.

03

Nothing stalls quietly

A sale waiting on a signature, a payment, or a pickup date looks different from one that is done. The list tells you where to spend the afternoon.

/ how it works

Enquiry to closed sale, without retyping it.

The buyer's first message and the final payment belong to the same record.

  1. 01

    A buyer applies or enquires

From your listing, your embed widget, or a conversation you started yourself.

  2. 02

It becomes an order against a puppy

The puppy, the buyer and the money are tied together from that point on.

  3. 03

Deposit and balance are recorded as they come

Whatever the route — card, Cash App, Klarna, or cash you entered by hand.

  4. 04

The sale closes on a confirmed hand-off

And the row stops needing your attention, which is the whole point of a status.

/ questions

Common questions

Do I have to re-enter an enquiry when it becomes a sale?

No. The enquiry, the application and the order are the same record moving through statuses, which is why its history stays consistent instead of splitting into three versions that disagree.

Can I record a sale that happened offline?

Yes — cash at the kennel, a bank transfer, a deposit somebody handed you. It is recorded against the puppy the same way a card payment is, so your figures are complete.

How do I see what a buyer still owes?

In the row. Paid, part-paid and outstanding sit beside the buyer's name, because chasing a balance should not require opening anything.

What stops a sale sitting half-finished?

Status. A sale waiting on a signature, a payment or a pickup date reads differently from a closed one, so the list tells you where the afternoon should go.
