Common questions
How do I prove the puppy arrived?
With a photo at hand-off. For an in-person pickup KennelBoss requires one — you are standing next to the buyer and the puppy, and that photo is what answers a buyer who later says the puppy never came, and what wins a card chargeback.
What if a transporter or flight nanny does the hand-off?
Then the photo is optional, because you were not there. The delivery is still recorded, still dated, and still attached to that puppy's record.
Is the buyer's money protected while the puppy is in transit?
The balance is. The deposit pays through to you when it is made, and the remainder is held until delivery is confirmed — so the money the hand-off is about is the money still on the table when the puppy travels.
Do health records travel with the puppy?
Attach the health certificate and vaccination record to the puppy and share them with the buyer or the carrier from the same screen. No separate folder of paperwork to remember.
