Five answers you would otherwise guess at.
Birthdays coming up, where your buyers actually are, what came in, what sold, and which puppies people are looking at.

Birthdays, far enough ahead to act
Puppies, dams and sires with birthdays coming up. A note to the family who took a puppy home last year is the cheapest marketing a breeder has, and it only works if you know in time.
Where your buyers actually are
Buyers grouped by state, biggest first. It answers where to advertise and how far your puppies really travel — and it counts the ones with no state recorded rather than quietly dropping them.
What the listings are doing
Views per puppy and per litter over the last thirty days, from the real analytics on pickmepets.com. A listing nobody opens is a photo problem, not a price problem.
Reports from the work, not from a spreadsheet.
Nothing here asks you to enter anything twice.
- 01
Keep working as normal
Every report is built from records you already maintain.
- 02
Open the report you need
Birthdays, customer locations, income, puppy sales, or page views.
- 03
Read it on either surface
The phone gives the same figures as the desktop, because both ask the same server.
- 04
Act on it
Message last year's families, advertise where your buyers are, re-shoot the listing nobody opens.
Common questions
Where do the figures come from?
The records you already keep, computed on the server. The phone and the desktop ask the same place, so the two surfaces cannot quote different numbers at you.
What does the page-views report actually measure?
Views of your puppy and litter pages on pickmepets.com over the last thirty days, from real analytics. If analytics is not connected yet it says so rather than drawing a table of zeros that reads as nobody looking.
Why does the customer report show an unknown group?
Because a buyer with no state recorded still exists. They are counted as their own row rather than dropped, so the totals add up and \"three states\" never quietly means two states and some blanks.
How far ahead does the birthday report look?
Ninety days, banded by how soon. Far enough ahead that a message to last year's puppy families is something you can plan rather than something you notice late.
Stop guessing where your buyers come from.
Five reports, computed once, identical on phone and desktop.
